Jack’s Mannequin at The Fillmore Philadelphia
Jack’s Mannequin celebrated 20 years by bringing The MFEO Tour to Philadelphia, PA ON June 8, 2025. A night many won’t forget and not to mention Philadelphia is one of Andrew’s favorite stops when he tours.
The night began with an electric performance from the opener, Yoke Lore. Safe to say that their performance was not only electric, but a band that loves performing live and keeping live music alive.
The audience for Jack’s Mannequin was filled with young and longtime fans. A sold out show in Philadelphia at the Fillmore Philadelphia. $1 of ticket sales went to the Dear Jack Foundation founded by Andrew McMahon himself in July 2006, after he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia at the age of 23. The Dear Jack Foundation serves hundreds of young adult cancer patients and survivors through programs that provide support and community. This show just wasn’t your ordinary show for the audience. This was something special.
Jack’s Mannequin went through a setlist of songs from Everything in Transit and The Glass Passenger. The band opened with “Bruised” and then when they performed “The Mixed Tape” excitement from the audience escalated, although the energy from the audience was always there throughout the whole show. The audience relived the classic performance of “Dark Blue” and felt inspiration to keep going with a performance of “Swim”.
As noted before, this was not your ordinary show. This was a night to remember and a night to give to a cause that provides support and community. The show was community.
